5.00 potatoes
50.00 g butter
100.00 ml milk
60.00 ml cream

Method:

1. Prick potatoes with a fork and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
2. Once cooked, peel off skins and place in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mash with a hand blender or fork; more milk may be added if too thick. Season and use on cottage or shepherd’s pie if desired. Cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes.
