  • 5
    large potatoes, with skins
  • 50
    g
    butter
  • 100
    ml
    milk
  • 60
    ml
    cream (optional)
 

Method

 
1. Prick potatoes with a fork and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are soft. 2. Once cooked, peel off skins and place in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mash with a hand blender or fork; more milk may be added if too thick. Season and use on cottage or shepherd's pie if desired. Cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes.
