Three-in-one meat salad

    cooked pickled ox tongue, cut into thin strips
  • 300
    g
    smoked beef, cut into thin slices and then into strips
  • 200
    g
    ham, cubed
  • 20
    ml
    olive oil
  • 50
    ml
    dry white wine
  • 100
    ml
    meat stock
  • 3
    ml
    French mustard
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1
    butter lettuce, washed and dried
 

Method

 
Mix oil, white wine, meat stock, mustard and pepper. Pour over the meat and marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Arrange meat and lettuce on a chilled glass platter. Spoon a little marinade over to moisten just before serving.
