Ingredients (6)

4x 250 ml oats — rolled
250 ml almonds — or walnuts, chopped
250 ml pumpkin seeds
125 ml apples — dries rings, chopped
125 ml apricots — dried, chopped
150 ml honey

Method:

Preheat the oven180°C.

Mix the rolled oats, almonds or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apple pieces, apricot pieces and honey in a mixing bowl.

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Greek yoghurt and honey.
