    ml
    rolled oats
  • 250
    ml
    whole almonds or walnuts, chopped
  • 250
    ml
    pumpkin seeds
  • 125
    ml
    dried apple rings, chopped
  • 125
    ml
    dried apricots, cut
  • 150
    ml
    honey
 

Method

Preheat the oven180°C.

Mix the rolled oats, almonds or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apple pieces, apricot pieces and honey in a mixing bowl.

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Greek yoghurt and honey.
