Ingredients (5)

125 ml hummus
8 bread — sliced
aubergine — sliced, roasted
1 brie cheese — sliced
fresh basil

Method:

Spread hummus on the bread.
Arrange the aubergines and brie on half of the buttered slices and top with a layer of basil. Then close the sandwich with the remaining slices. Cut in half and serve.
