15.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
500.00 ml coconut milk
1.00 aubergine — chopped
30.00 ml sugar
60.00 ml vissous
600.00 ml steur-garnale, dop verwyder
2.00 red pepper — halved

Method:

Verhit die sonneblomolie in ‘n kastrol en voeg die rooikerriepasta en gemmer by. Voeg die klappermelk by en bring tot kookpunt. Verlaag die hitte en voeg die eiervrug-blokkies by. Kook vir ‘n paar minute en voeg die suiker en vissous by. Voeg die steurgarnale by en kook vir 5 minute. Wanneer die steurgarnale pienk word, is hulle gaar. Voeg die brandrissies by.
