Thai pork and peppercorn stir-fry

    minced coriander

    minced garlic

    minced ginger
  • 10
    ml
    minced chilli
  • 5
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 400
    g
    lean pork strips
  • 15
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 7
    ml
    green peppercorns (or more if desired)
 

Method

 
Heat oil. Add coriander, garlic, ginger, chilli and brown sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Add pork and stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add fish sauce and peppercorns and heat through. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 4.
