Thai beef stir-fry

    green curry paste
  • 30
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 10
    ml
    fish sauce (optional)
  • 400
    g
    strips beef minute steaks
  • 15
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 6
    spring onions
  • 250
    ml
    bean sprouts
  • 3
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Mix together curry paste, soy sauce and fish sauce.
Add meat and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil over a high heat in a large frying pan. Stir-fry meat until browned, then add all the remaining ingredients and stir-fry until cooked.
Serve with rice or noodles.
