    Salad: firm cabbage, shredded

    spring onions, finely chopped

    small carrots, grated

    fresh coriander, roughly chopped

    lemons
    Dressing: juice of 6 lemons
  • 90
    ml
    Thai fish sauce
  • 90
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 45
    ml
    peanut or sesame oil
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Salad Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.

Dressing Blend all the dressing ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Mix well.
