    Teriyaki sauce

    large avocado pear, cubed
  • 1
    small pawpaw, cubed
  • 30
    ml
    sweet chilli sauce for dipping
  • 4
    small tortillas, warmed
  • relish and sour cream to serve
  • 300
    g
    beef, cubed
  • 8
    small kebab sticks
 

Method

 
Thread beef cubes on kebab sticks. Pour over the sauce. Stir-fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is cooked and lightly browned. Mix together avocado, pawpaw and chilli sauce in a bowl. Serve kebabs with tortillas, relish and sour cream. Serves 4.
