Ingredients (11)

500.00 g tempeh
10.00 sheets nori
toothpicks
SERVE WITH
250.00 g rice — or egg noodles, cooked
2.00 carrots — julienned
3.00 pineapple — sliced
seasoning
water
soy sauce
lemon juice
oil

Method:

1. Cut tempeh into desired shapes and sizes. Wrap with a sheet of nori, and secure with a toothpick. Place parcels on an oiled baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 ºC.
2. Stir-fry cooked noodles, carrots and pineapple with water, soy sauce, lemon juice and oil.
3. Season stir-fry mixture and place baked tempeh parcels on top. Serve immediately.
