Ingredients (13)

2.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 ml ginger — ground
1.00 ml cloves — ground
5.00 ml coriander — ground
1.00 kg turkey mince
salt
black pepper — freshly ground
50.00 ml vinegar — grape
2.00 tomatoes — peeled an finely chopped
3.00 potatoes — cooked, diced
20.00 ml chutney
20.00 ml tomato sauce

Method:

Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until soft.
Add the ginger, cloves and coriander and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the meat, a little at a time, and stir-fry until done.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until done.
Serve with rice, vetkoek or in pita breads.
