  • meatball mixture of your choice
  • oil
  • 15
    ml
    honey
  • 45
    ml
    wholegrain mustard
  • 200
    ml
    vegetable stock
  • 60
    ml
    sour cream
 

Method

 
Prepare a tasty meatball mixture, shape into balls and fry in a little oil until golden brown and done. Mix honey, wholegrain mustard, vegetable stock and sour cream together end pour over the meatballs. Simmer gently for about 2 minutes. Thicken the sauce with a little cornflour if necessary and serve with pasta.
