Ingredients (10)

0.00 soup powder — brown onion
125.00 ml cream
15.00 ml chilli jam
5.00 ml dried chillies — crushed
125.00 ml milk
15.00 ml sunflower oil
1.00 onion — small, sliced
0.00 pepper — yellow and red, sliced
500.00 g chicken — livers, chopped
1.00 mushrooms — tinned, sliced

Method:

1. Combine the soup powder, cream,
sweet-chilli jam, chillies and milk in a
small mixing bowl.
2. Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan.
Sauté the onion and peppers until soft. Add the chicken livers and cook for about five minutes. Stir in the sauce from the bowl and add the mushrooms. Stir until thickened and season to taste. Serve on sliced and toasted ciabatta bread.
