Ingredients

  • 500
    ml
    baby carrots, scraped (frozen carrots can be used)
  • 250
    ml
    weak tea
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 10
    ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 15
    ml
    butter or margarine
 

Method

 
Place carrots, tea and salt in a saucepan and cook until the carrots are tender. Drain and add the brown sugar and butter and sauté for three to five minutes. Serves 4.
