Tarragon dip

Ingredients

  • 300
    ml
    fresh cheese (or any cream cheese or ricotta)
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    small garlic clove, crushed
  • a handful of French tarragon
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a liquidiser or food processor. The mixture should be smooth and all ingredients thoroughly combined. 2. Spoon into a small dish and serve with a selection of raw vegetables, such as baby carrots, mangetout, radishes and peppers.
