Tapas de queso fresco con anchoa (Cheese, anchovy and baked almond platter)

  • almonds, skinned
  • olive oil
  • crushed salt


BAKED ALMONDS: Place skinned almonds on a baking tray. Drizzle with a little olive oil and some crushed salt. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ºC or until golden brown. Arrange tapas on a platter to serve. Small slices of tortilla, bite-sized pieces of grilled meat (carnitas), olives and capers can also be served.
