    jar marinated artichkokes - drained

    jar chargrilled peppers - drained

    PnP black olives

    packet rocket
  • 6
    PnP eggs - soft boiled and peeled
  • 1
    pinch
    smoked paprika - for sprinkling
  • Tomato-rubbed bread:
  • 1
    mini baguette - halved lengthways and toasted
  • 2
    tomatoes - halved
  • 100
    g
    Spanish-style cured ham (like Iberico)
  • 1
    drizzle PnP Finest extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1
    pinch
    salt and milled pepper
 

Method

Place all the ingredients on a platter. Sprinkle a little smoked paprika over eggs.

Rub toast liberally with tomato. Drape with ham and drizzle with oil.

Season and serve on platter.
