Ingredients (11)

1 artichokes — marinated
1 pepper — chargrilled
125 ml olives — black
1 rocket
6 eggs — soft-boiled and peeled
1 pinch smoked paprika
Tomato-rubbed bread:
1 baguette — mini, halved, toasted
2 tomatoes — halved
100 g ham — Spanish-style, cured
1 pnp finest extra-virgin olive oil — drizzle
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Place all the ingredients on a platter. Sprinkle a little smoked paprika over eggs.

Rub toast liberally with tomato. Drape with ham and drizzle with oil.

Season and serve on platter.
