Ingredients (1)

1.00 kg lamb ribs

Method:

Cut the rack of ribs into separate ribs.
Place in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade.
Allow to marinade for 30 minutes.
Grill over medium-hot coals or in a roasting pan under a hot grill, basting occasionally, until cooked through.
Serve immediately with a salad.
