Tangy spareribs

  • 1
    kg
    lamb ribs
  • 1
    pouch readymade spare rib marinade
  • salad, to serve
 

Method

10 to 15 minutes
 
Cut the rack of ribs into separate ribs. Place in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes. Grill over medium-hot coals or in a roasting pan under a hot grill, basting occasionally, until cooked through. Serve immediately with a salad.
