Ingredients (7)

8.00 lamb — chops
fresh coriander — to garnish
MARINADE
20.00 ml tandoori spice
175.00 ml yoghurt — natural
30.00 ml chutney
1.00 lemon — small, or lime, juice only
5.00 ml salt

Method:

MARINADE: Mix tandoori spices, yoghurt, chutney, lemon juice and salt together well.
Place chops in a shallow dish and pour yoghurt marinade over. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, longer if time allows, turning once.
Preheat grill. Place chops on rack of a roasting pan and grill for about 4 minutes a side, brushing with marinade from time to time.
Serve immediately with minted baby potatoes, a cucumber and tomato salad and lemon wedges. Garnish with coriander.
