6.00 tuna — steak
15.00 ml tamarind — paste
1.00 onion — finely chopped
15.00 ml curry powder
3.00 garlic — finely chopped
10.00 ml tomato purée
2.00 tamaties — fyngekap
1.00 green chilli
600.00 ml coconut cream

Method:

Meng al die bestandele. Plaas die tuna-steaks een vir een in ‘n groot stuk tinfoelie sodat jy dit kan toemaak soos ‘n pakkie. Maak diep kepe in die vis en vou die kante van die foelie op sodat wanneer jy die sous opskep, dit nie sal uitloop nie. Skep sous bo-op en maak die foelie toe. Bak in oond van 180°C vir ongeveer ‘n halfuur of sit die pakkies bo-op warm kole, ook vir ongeveer ‘n halfuur.
