Tahini dressing

  • 1/4
    cup
    tahini paste
  • 1
    cloves
    garlic, crushed
  • 2
    Tbs
    lemon juice
  • 2
    Tbs
    water
  • 1
    Tbs
    extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper to season
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.

If the mixture is too thick add another tablespoon water and splash of lemon juice.

Best used immediately, but can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
