  • 1.6
    kg
    carob
  • 240
    ml
    honey
  • 800
    ml
    tahina
 

Method

Melt carob chunks over double boiler. Remove from heat and add honey. Mix well. Add tahina and mix well.

Pour mixture into non-stick baking tray. Allow to settle for 20 minutes before placing it in the refrigerator until set (1 - 2 hours).

Slice into squares and serve.
