Tagliatelle with wine and mushrooms

    tagliatelle
  • 50
    ml
    butter
  • 15
    ml
    oil
  • 250
    g
    button mushrooms
  • 2
    cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100
    ml
    white wine
  • 30
    ml
    parsley, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
 

Method

 
Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling water until just done. Drain and keep warm over simmering water. Melt the butter in a pan and add the oil. Sauté the mushroom and garlic until done. Add the wine and parsley, season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve with pasta and Parmesan cheese.
