Ingredients (13)

125.00 ml flour — seasoned with salt and garlic pepper
450.00 g veal — strips
50.00 ml butter
1.00 onion — sliced
250.00 g brown mushrooms — sliced
125.00 ml wine — dry white
60.00 ml stock — chicken
165.00 ml cream
2.00 ml salt
5.00 ml garlic — pepper
5.00 ml cornflour — mixed with water
500.00 g pasta — tagliatelle
parmesan cheese

Method:

Coat veal in flour, sauté in melted butter, remove from pan and drain. Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until soft, add wine and simmer to reduce. Add stock, cream and seasoning. Mix well and continue reducing. Add veal just before serving to heat through. Thicken with cornflour if necessary. Cook tagliatelle as directed on packaging, drain and place on a warm serving plate. Top with veal sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
