Ingredients (8)

125.00 ml cream
6.00 eggs — jumbo, yolks only
100.00 g parmesan cheese — grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
350.00 g bacon — streaky, sliced into strips
4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
500.00 g pasta — tagliatelle, cooked until al dente

Method:

Beat cream and egg yolks in a bowl.
Add parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a saucepan and fry bacon and garlic until bacon is crisp.
Drain.

Toss hot pasta into sauce, add bacon mixture and serve hot.

Serve with a salad.
