125.00 g apricots — dried, chopped
125.00 g pears — dried, chopped
125.00 g apples — dried rings, chopped
50.00 g figs — dried, chopped
375.00 ml apple juice — sparkling
3.00 orange — segments
420.00 g litchis — tinned, drained
250.00 g strawberries — or fresh cherries

Method:

Place the dried fruit and apple juice in a glass bowl, cover and soak overnight. Add the orange juice. Add the fresh fruit just before serving.
