30.00 ml butter
1.00 onion — finely chopped
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and diced
410.00 g sweetcorn — creamed
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 bread — French loaf, sliced
190.00 ml cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Heat the butter and fry the onion and green pepper until tender. Add the sweetcorn and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon onto each half of the French loaf and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve hot.
