    cornflour

    lukewarm milk
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    butter, melted
  • 410
    g
    cream-style sweetcorn
 

Method

40-50 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and spray a medium-sized ovenproof dish with non-stick spray or grease well with margarine. Beat the egg and add the cornflour, milk, salt and sugar, beating well. Mix in the butter and sweetcorn. Turn the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for about 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
