Ingredients (14)

500.00 g sweet potatoes — orange
250.00 g courgettes — sliced lengthways
1.00 red pepper — quartered
250.00 g patty pans
250.00 g mangetout
2.00 red onions — quartered
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 camembert cheese
DRESSING
5.00 ml Dijon mustard
1.00 garlic — small cloves, crushed
10.00 ml lemon juice
20.00 ml vinegar — malt
50.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
10.00 ml brown sugar

Method:

1. Steam the sweet potatoes until just
tender. Place them on a braai grid along
with the other vegetables. Drizzle with
olive oil. Cook over medium-hot coals
until the sweet potatoes are browned on
both sides and the vegetables are tender
but still crisp.
2. Place the Camembert on the braai grid
for a few minutes for a smoky flavour.
3. Put the vegetables on a serving dish.
4. Dressing Whisk together all the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the vegetables. Cut the Camembert into wedges and arrange these on top of the vegetables. Serve immediately.
