200.00 ml	sweet potatoes — cooked, mashed
60.00 ml	milk
60.00 ml	butter — melted
60.00 ml	brown sugar
320.00 ml	flour — cake
10.00 ml	Baking powder
40.00 ml	brown sugar
2.00 ml	cinnamon — ground

Method:

1. Mix sweet potato, milk, butter and sugar together. Add flour and baking powder and mix well to form a dough.
2. Roll into a tube shape, cover with clingwrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Slice into thin slices and place on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon and bake in preheated 100 ºC oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden.
