Ingredients (12)

1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
oil
1.00 kg lamb — rib
60.00 ml honey
60.00 ml vinegar — grape
30.00 ml soy sauce
110.00 g tomato purée
5.00 ml mixed herbs
5.00 ml cayenne pepper
Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil until soft. Add the rib, sliced into 5 cm pieces, and stir-fry until brown.
Reduce the heat, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce has reduced.
Serve with Vegetable rice (see recipe).
