Sweet 'n sour ribs

    fresh ginger, grated

    lamb rib

    ml
    honey
  • 60
    ml
    grape vinegar
  • 30
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 110
    g
    tomato purée
  • 5
    ml
    mixed herbs
  • 5
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
Sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil until soft. Add the rib, sliced into 5 cm pieces, and stir-fry until brown. Reduce the heat, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce has reduced. Serve with Vegetable rice (see recipe).
