Ingredients (7)

500.00 g brussel sprouts
60.00 ml margarine
1.00 onion — finely chopped
1.00 green apple — cored and thinly sliced
30.00 ml raisins
45.00 ml honey
45.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Boil brussel sprouts in salted water until tender. Melt margarine and sauté the onion and apple until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 1 minute. Pour over the brussels sprouts and serve.
Serves 6.
