Ingredients (11)

45.00 ml peanut oil
2.00 cloves garlic — cloves
100.00 g cashew nuts — unsalted
60.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 ml fish sauce
0.00 lemon juice
1.00 red chilli
6.00 pieces ginger — stem, in syrup
30.00 ml ginger — syrup
300.00 g noodles — Chinese
0.00 fresh coriander

Method:

Heat peanut oil in a wok.
Fry garlic and cashew nuts until golden.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat.
Serve hot or cold.
Goes very well with steamed asparagus, baby leeks and baby spinach.
