  • skinless chicken breasts
  • 10
    ml
    olive oil
  • 250
    ml
    apricot purée
  • 30
    ml
    hoisin sauce
 

Method

 
Sauté chicken breasts in oil until browned all over. Add purée (use baby food if you like) and hoisin sauce (available at delicatessens). Simmer for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
