    winter melon, peeled and cubed
  • 4
    kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • 500
    ml
    kiwi fruit juice
  • 500
    ml
    plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 40
    ml
    honey
  • 40
    ml
    wheatgerm
  • 10
    mint leaves
  • ice cubes
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients except the ice in a food processor or blender.
Pour into glasses, fill with ice cubes and serve immediately.
