100.00 g tennis biscuits
3.00 butter
1.00 tin condensed milk
100.00 ml lemon juice
2.00 eggs — yolks only
6.00 eggs — whites only
90.00 ml strooisuiker

Method:

Maak die tennisbeskuitjies baie fyn in jou voedselverwerker.

Smelt die botter en voeg by die krummels.

Druk die mengsel in die bakkies.

Klits die kondensmelk, suurlemoensap en eiergele goed saam.

Verdeel die mengsel tussen die bakkies.

Plaas die bakkies op n`
bakplaat en bak vir 15 minute teen 160 graad.

(As jy n’ groot tert maak, sal dit 30 minute bak).

Klits intussen die eierwitte styf en
voeg die strooisuiker lepel vir lepel by.

Haal die tertjies uit die oond en skep die meringue bo-op.

Verminder die temperatuur tot 120 graad C en bak vir nog 20 minute.
