Ingredients (7)

4.00 sushi rice — readymade balls
4.00 avocado — cubed
4.00 nori — strips
160.00 g tuna — or salmon, fresh fillets
wasabi — paste
daikon — strips
20.00 ml caviar — black

Method:

Make a small indentation in base of each sushi ball and place a piece of avo inside.
Drape a nori strip (each 3 cm wide and 10 cm long) over each rice ball.
Rub 1 side of fish strips (each 3 cm wide) with wasabi paste and place over sushi on a bed of daikon strips. Top with caviar.
