Ingredients (6)

125.00 g sponge finger biscuits — crumbled
65.00 ml liqueur
375.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped to stiff peaks
410.00 g fruit — tinned
250.00 ml custard — instant
1.00 chocolate — Flake

Method:

Break the finger biscuits into smaller pieces and arrange in the bottom of a medium-sized round glass dish.
Pour over the liqueur to moisten the biscuits. Pour over the custard and spoon the canned fruit on top. Spoon the cream on top and sprinkle with flaked chocolate.
Serves 6.
