Super-quick pudding

    g
    finger biscuits or biscuit crumbs
  • 65
    ml
    or a taste of your favourite liqueur
  • 375
    ml
    cream, stiffly whipped
  • 410
    g
    fruit, drained
  • 250
    ml
    instant custard
  • 1
    chocolate bar (Flake)
 

Method

 
Break the finger biscuits into smaller pieces and arrange in the bottom of a medium-sized round glass dish. Pour over the liqueur to moisten the biscuits. Pour over the custard and spoon the canned fruit on top. Spoon the cream on top and sprinkle with flaked chocolate. Serves 6.
