Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add sifted dry ingredients and about 190 ml milk.
Blend to form a smooth batter.
Preheat Tava griddle until moderately hot.
Spread ghee on Tava griddle and wipe off excess with a tissue.
Drop batter to form circles, about 10 cm in diameter, and allow to cook.
When bubbles form, flip over and cook until that side is done - they should be golden brown.
Serve with whipped cream and golden syrup.
To save time, use an aerosol can of whipped cream.
