Super cheese dogs

    4 hotdog rolls
  • 0
    4 vienna sausages or chicken sausages
  • 0
    100g grated white chedder cheese
  • 0
    100g grated yellow chedder cheese
  • 0
  • 0
    Tomato sauce


Put the oven onto grill.
Boil the viennas in a pot of water for 5 minutes.
Cut the hotdog rolls in half but take care not to slice all the way through.
Place them on a baking tray and toast under the grill for a minute until light brown. Take care not to burn them.
Spread one side of the toasted roll with mayonnaise, and the other with tomato sauce.
Place the sausage inside and sprinkle liberally with the 2 cheeses.
Place under the grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
