    cucumber, thinly sliced

    radish, thinly sliced
  • 20

    bean sprouts
  • DRESSING
  • 45
    ml
    vinegar
  • 15
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 25
    ml
    water or dashi
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 3
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 2
    ml
    sesame oil
 

Method

 
1. Sprinkle cucumber and radish with salt, rinse and squeeze gently. Cook bean sprouts in a little water for 3 to 5 minutes, strain and rinse with cold water. 2. Place cooked sprouts, cucumber and radish in a small bowl. Pour over dressing prior to serving.
