Ingredients (9)

100.00 g cucumber — thinly sliced
50.00 g radishes — thinly sliced
20.00 g mixed bean sprouts
DRESSING
45.00 ml vinegar
15.00 ml castor sugar
25.00 ml water — or dashi
2.00 ml salt
3.00 ml soy sauce
2.00 ml sesame oil

Method:

1. Sprinkle cucumber and radish with salt, rinse and squeeze gently. Cook bean sprouts in a little water for 3 to 5 minutes, strain and rinse with cold water.
2. Place cooked sprouts, cucumber and radish in a small bowl. Pour over dressing prior to serving.
