60.00 ml lemon juice
250.00 ml orange juice
16.00 granadillas — pulp
30.00 ml Sheridans gelatine
500.00 ml water — cold
30.00 ml flour — cake
450.00 ml sugar

Method:

Mix juices and granadilla pulp together and set aside.
Dissolve gelatine in water and blend in flour. Add sugar (use more or less, to taste) and heat mixture gently for 5 to 7 minutes until completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and beat until light and frothy, then stir into fruit mixture.
Pour into a chilled serving bowl or individual dishes and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
