    lemon juice

    orange juice

    granadillas, pulp

    gelatine

    cold water

    cake flour
  • 450
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Mix juices and granadilla pulp together and set aside. Dissolve gelatine in water and blend in flour. Add sugar (use more or less, to taste) and heat mixture gently for 5 to 7 minutes until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and beat until light and frothy, then stir into fruit mixture. Pour into a chilled serving bowl or individual dishes and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 7 340 kJ (1 755 Cal). A portion: 735 kJ (175 Cal).
