Summer berry and nectarine crumble

    ml
    each blueberries and sliced nectarines
  • 45
    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    ml
    ground cinnamon
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • CRUMBLE TOPPING
  • 125
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 2
    ml
    rolled oats
  • 65
    ml
    cake flour
  • 90
    ml
    butter, softened
 

Method

 
Preheat over to 180 ºC.
Lightly mix fruit, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and divide mixture among 4 ovenproof ramekins or pudding dishes.
TOPPING: Combine all ingredients and sprinkle mixture on top of fruit.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and fruit is tender.
Serve warm or cold, with vanilla ice cream.
