Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease a 25 x 35 cm dish with margarine. Slowly melt the margarine, castor sugar and honey and cool slightly. Add the whisked eggs to the mixture and blend. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the sultanas before adding the dry ingredients to the margarine mixture. Turn into the prepared dish and spread the mixture evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and baked through. Cream the margarine and honey and beat in the icing sugar by the spoonful. Spead the mixture over the warm cake layer. Cool completely and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
