    PnP cooked rice
  • 2
    Tbs
    melted butter
  • 1
    small zest of lemon
  • 2
    PnP garlic cloves - crushed
  • 30

    chopped parsley
  • 15
    ml
    chopped sage
 

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Combine cooked rice with melted butter, zest of lemon, crushed garlic cloves, chopped parsley and chopped sage.

Season and stuff chicken, then roast for 1-1½ hours (depending on chicken size) or until golden and cooked through.
