Ingredients (12)

1.00 chicken breast fillets — strips
salt
freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml soy sauce
oil
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
3.00 baby corn — sliced
2.00 carrots — baby, sliced
3.00 courgettes — sliced
4.00 button mushrooms — sliced
2.00 asparagus — sliced
1.00 pita breads

Method:

Season the chicken breast strips lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the soy sauce. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken. Remove and set aside. Lightly sauté the vegetables in oil so that they remain crisp. Mix with the chicken. Stuff the pitas with the mixture.
