Ingredients (5)

6.00 eggs — hard-boiled
125.00 ml mayonnaise
fresh coriander — chopped
200.00 g shrimps — cooked and chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Halve eggs lengthways. Place yolks in a bowl with mayonnaise, coriander and shrimps. Season and mix well.
Spoon mixture into halved eggs. Garnish with onion rings and chives.
Serve as a cocktail snack or as a light lunch with a salad.
