Stuffed eggs: chicken liver and chive filling

    chives
  • 45
    ml
    ready made chicken liver pâté
  • 30
    ml
    cream
  • seasoning to taste
  • 5
    extra-large eggs, boiled, halved and white and yolks separated
  • chives to garnish
 

Method

 
Finely chop chives and mix with readymade chicken liver pâté, cream and seasoning to taste. Process with the mashed yolks, season and spoon into the egg white halves. Garnish with chopped chives. Makes 10 halves.
