Ingredients (6)

2.00 fresh chives
45.00 ml
30.00 ml cream
seasoning
5.00 eggs — extra large, boiled, halved, yolks removed
fresh chives — to garnish

Method:

Finely chop chives and mix with readymade chicken liver pâté, cream and seasoning to taste. Process with the mashed yolks, season and spoon into the egg white halves. Garnish with chopped chives.
Makes 10 halves.
