1 stroopwafels — jumbo
1 mascarpone cheese
1 strawberries — halved
chocolate — melted

Method:

Take one stroopwafel and spread it with a thick layer of the mascarpone.

Cover with strawberries and then top with another stroopwafel.

Drizzle with some of the chocolate before serving.
