Strawberry yoghurt pudding

    g
    red jelly
  • 175
    ml
    strawberry yoghurt
  • 125
    ml
    cream, chilled
 

Method

 
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the packet. Chill until the jelly has set and chop into small pieces - use a knife or the food processor. Mix with the strawberry yoghurt. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. Serve in glass bowls or in tall glasses.
